Supporting a New Pipeline in Malaysia

Supporting a  new 10” Full Well Stream Pipeline offshore Malaysia as part of the Petronas  Gansar Development.

Gansar is located in Block  PM6 & PM12 which is approximately 190 km from Kerteh and 40 km from Duyong CPP.  A new 10” x 40km Full Well Stream (FWS)  rigid pipeline from GaDP-A to Duyong CPP.

Our UK based engineering team  completed the detailed structural design and verification of stability and  settlement before fabrication and production works of all products was  completed at our permanent supply base in Batam.

Once completed, crossing  supports and concrete mattresses were loaded onto trucks and transported to  SCN Yard for loading on to the T1201.

Installation  focused

Products were delivered on-time  and on-budget and safely mobilised for the offshore installation campaign in  March 2024.
